2-Cheese Sandwich

As the name suggests, this one is for all the folks who want either their breakfast or the evening/ mid-night snack to be an indulging affair! As usual, very simple with easily available ingredients that you can get delivered at home.


  • Your choice of bread slices – 2
  • Grated Cottage Cheese (Paneer) – 50-60 gm
  • Cheese Slice – 1
  • Sliced Tomato/ Onion
  • Cooking oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric – 1 pinch
  • Salt/ pepper to taste


  • Toast the bread using a toaster/ flat pan to your liking of crunch
  • For the cheese mix, heat oil in a pan, add the grated cottage cheese to it along with a pinch of turmeric powder, salt and pepper
  • Mix well on medium-low flame for about 2-3 minutes
  • Add the mixture on top of the first toasted slice
  • Add Onion and tomato slices on it
  • Then add the Cheese slice on top of the veggies
  • Sprinkle some more salt/ pepper onto it
  • Close it with the second bread slice

 Your super cheesy, super yum sandwich is ready. Have it with your choice of mustard/ tomato dip. Do try it out and let me know your feedback!
